Here is another idea on your drums.

If you find two new drums that have not been turned, you can use two sets of your standard shoes. Then, get two sets of oversized shoes for your remaining two drums that are oversized.

This way, when you switch to disk brakes, you will have one complete set of 4 good drums and shoes to sell to someone.

You may even find that switching only 4 of your wheels to discs will be just as good as switching 6 and save some money.

Just a thought.
