If your sure there adjusted up snug, just shy of the drums, I'd then say its starving for fluid. It is a 6x6. More lines more distance. Maybe a proportioning valve allowing more pressure to the back wheels less to the front drive axle. maybe install a hydro boost system to give more pressure since you have more line. I'd be leaning away from drums n shoes if your sure there adjusted correctly
