agreed. stock way stronger. after having the last 3 spicer 70s have issues in my D300s with pinion bearings and am not that impressed. the 70 axles are stronger but pinion bearings are puny compared to the WC/PW Chrysler diff. in 31 years I have never had pinion issues in a 9 5/8" diff.. 3 monster bearings is hard to beat
