Do you have access to a bench vise, press or torch? By the time you pay shipping and such you'd be money ahead to just make it. It is just 1/4" x 1 1/2" mild steel strap. Do you have one to make a pattern from? I can send some measurements but most of them have been tweeked in there lives anyway so you have to bend a little to fit.
I guess it's an option if nothing comes up for you.
