Those are the tires and wheels I assembled for Tetnus. New tubes, but the flaps are in poor condition. They were not meant for many miles but rather a rat rod look as the tires were cut up, literally.

I know the guy who is listing it. He is a very nice guy. He has a few other MVs so he may be able to help you with the gates. I know I sent him the old one off of my Carryall project when I sold him the Blue Tetanus truck a few years back. If my WC53 was done, I'd be all over this one.
