Chris: I posted the answers to your questions a little earlier, but here they are again.
1) Disc thickness: 0.320"
2) Finger height: 2.530
3) TO beaaring "thickness": 1.365
Now I did break out my engine specs and the picture shows our specs. Interesting, they say use 0.330 gauge blocks, which makes sense since that is 10 thou less than my disc diameter. Sadly though, my release lever height is spot on.... Again pointing to a TO bearing or TO bearing housing difference. The answer has got to be right in front of my face, but my blinders apparently won't let me see it..
