4bt Allison trans questions

So, I'm looking at a 1960 w200 power giant. I'd like to put in a 4bt with an Allison 1000 transmission. My question is , has anyone messed with them installed etc. I'd also like disk brakes and hydro boost. The power wagon has a locked up motor, I regrettably sold my 59 w100 with a 4bt that fleabag built, and have missed it ever since I sold it... I found a motor and transmission complete for sale in Cleveland for around $4k running and seller says it is in good condition.
