Over time, I had some intermittens issues like that with my 41 WC. I was able to determine which contact was the issue by closing the two of three normally open ones a and observing the dashboard amp meter. When I saw amp meter normalcy then I used a furnishing tool, which is a very small file like tool, once step up from Brown paper, and burnished that contact set. I did that 2 or 3 times over a couple of years as the symptom returned and now I've had no more issues over the last few years. I did read my TM and thought I might have to adjust that point, or even swap the regulator, but never did do either. Been charging fine ever since.
