... the lever system isn't as strong as the Warn or Selectro systems. I have a set of 4 lever Dualmatics on my W500 - takes some twisting to get everything engaged, you definitely need the red/green paint on the locked/free edges.
I recall seeing pics of an 8 lever Dualmatic hub on an Army missile launcher - must have been quite a job to get that engaged and disengaged.
