If such, ypou might not be able to push the pto lever into neutral. You would need to back up until the pto unwinds the cable enough to loosen it. But that is if the cable in on in the proper direction, coming off the bottom of the spool to go forward. If would wrong, then you will need to drive forward to loosen the cable.
