I see that some states allow a private seller of an automobile to place a lean on the title of the vehicle, presumably while the buyer is making payments on the loan that the seller is carrying for them.
After I am dead and gone and my wife sells my collection, of if I ever have to sell for health reasons, this might be a possible way to keep someone from flipping one of my vehicles for a quick profit.
Now that speculators appear to be driving Power-Wagon prices, we collectors have to look out for ourselves, and one another.
