On my 318-3 and NP435, which has the same 1-3/8" input shaft, I had the clutch and pressure plate rebuilt. I think it was about $100 each.
Is you flywheel badly damaged or missing? If it has small radial SURFACE cracks near the center, it can be resurfaced and run safely. Mine did and the guy said as long as I wasn't spinning the engine at 9000rpm it would be fine. My cracks did NOT go all the way through the flywheel.
