Does cab touch frame? T/C linkage rattles?

Clearance between body and frame w/ taller bushings. Can you see the dip with a bit of rust around it? That is where a different cab had been rubbing.

If the cab touches the frame, it will transmit all frame vibrations to the cab, which then acts like a megaphone.

Transfer case linkage is supposed to have 'wavey washers' in it to prevent their rattling. Look in the yellow boxes at the hardware store.

I did these things to my own 230 truck, and can converse at freeway speeds.
