I will check Florin. We also have a local place (Norcan) that has some aftermarket parts. I got lucky and found a front crank bearing on ebay for $20. No such luck on the rear, though. I saw somewhere they are plain solid aluminum like the front so maybe I can machine one myself. The clincher will be the rings and rod bearings, I'm sure. I think I'll open up the motor before I spend a lot of money on parts. At this point, along with all the slop in the crank, it has coolant in one cylinder (not much, but always some), a cracked exhaust pipe at the manifold flange, and very low compression (easy to spin the flywheel by hand). That cracked exhaust pipe filled up one cylinder with water while I was hosing the dirt off it.

Too bad there isn't an easy way to just swap in one of those $99 Honda-clone motors they sell at Harbor Freight. Wouldn't even need a battery to start it then. But oh man what a project that would be. Got a rough idea how much you had into yours in parts?
