I see your plan.. not much physical lift this way using jacks and furniture dollies. probably the easiest on the back this way.

or if you feel strong enough. how about this...if your trying to lift the cab off as planned by running 4x4 thru the door opening, near the top of the door opening, I think you will be at a decent height (shoulder height) for two men, one on each side, to lift it and move forward.

if its over your shoulder height, think about dropping the frame off the wheels, lowering it so you can both "squat" a bit and straighten up your backs for the lift, rather than trying to lift the cab past shoulder height (ala weight lifting overhead lift.. no!)

four guys, two per side would be better, but I understand lack of help around when you need it.
