I'm planning on running centramatic balancers on my setup. They also act as a secondary dust/mud sheild to help protect the brakes. Its a fluid filled tube attached to a disc with ball bearings inside. I run them on my Mega Cab and was able to get 70k miles out of a set of BFG Rugged trails, and pulled 75k out of a set of Michelins that had plenty of life left to go when I sold them. I have them on my wife 8 lug axle swapped Jeep Wrangler, and she's put 20k miles on a set of Nitto Dune grapplers and they still basically look like new tires. They really do help extend tire life. I also have the tires balanced when I can. For the budd lug wheels and tires, I'd look into the beads that go into the tubes.

You could always go with the method they used on my XMLs when I bought them. The tires had about a gallon bucket of axle grease in each tire and you could obviously see that it was put in the tire and then spun up to balance it out. The Bayshore concrete plant uses this method for balancing the 1400R20s they use on the machines that spin their hollow cast concrete pile casings.
