Its now becoming a fad to slam and rat rod out GPWs and MBs. Or put street slicks on them and an LS motor and drag race them with a stupid short wheel base.
Everyone is entitled to their own thing, their own build, but everyone is also entitled to think its stupid and wasteful. But as I've told the purists about my resto-mod on my Carryall, if you don't like it, buy it from me and save it or go save another one to offset this one. I've gone out of my way to pull two other WC53s out of the woods and cheaply sold them to original restoration guys for the sake of my "historical offset", kinda like buying 10 acres of wetlands to put aside for the ducks and beavers because you put a road through a 100 foot stretch.
