I am not an expert. I hope Dave Cirillo will read and post, because he probably knows for sure. But I have owned a lot of winch trucks and some have had the Chelsea 352 pto. I have opened them up and reversed the direction of the output shafts, as it seems you are wanting to do. You should be able to hunt DC down or do an internet search for Chelsea (Parker, now, I think) Good luck.
