I was able to handle the blowout but it was more than .04 to repair the scrapped out bedside, tail light, trim and misc when the belt held on and acted like a bull whip to the truck. I was in the process of slowing down and was about at 40 MPH when it started. Not a blow out though, just the belts delamed as the tire held it's air pressure. R E rated radials have some steal in them and make for a tough slap at speed.
