I think the cranks are close to being the same, maybe slight differences in the counterweight due to smaller pistons in the 361. My guess is the flywheel will interchange with no problem. As the 361 was available as an industrial engine, there are some weird parts out there for it. 383 should have much better parts availability, but he only real difference is probably pistons/rings. Do you really mean "camshaft bolt pattern"? or crankshaft? Timing sets are available as single bolt and three bolt depending on the cam nose. Hemi's and some 440's used three bolt cams, most others used single bolt.
