Gee, what a surprize, the fags at Epay ain't doin a damn thing for you. Epay only cares about collecting their listing fee, and they got that.
If the "owner" is in the same state you are, you could sue him for losses for failing to honor a valid sales contract fairly easy, but then he might just screw the truck up and you'd still have to pay him for it.
If he's a regular seller, you can screw him some via feedback. The first thing I'd be doing is telling him if he don't honor the deal you'll screw with him big time. Give him 48 hours, then post his name as a no good foreflushing rat bastard on every board you can find.
If you mailed him anything, drag the Postal Inspectors into the deal. If it was a totally internet function, rag on the feebs about wire fraud. They won't be real interested in helping, till you call em every couple days.
