440 in a 59 W300

I aquired a 1966 chrysler 440 a couple of weeks ago to replace the la 318 thats in my 59 W300. Now I am looking for a big block bell housing, a flywheel, truck motor mounts, truck oil pan and pickup tube. a guy fairly local (1 hour away)( I am in Ct so anything longer than 15 min ride seems far to me. LOL) has these parts but wants $500 for them. seems a bit pricy to me. What do you think? Also the truck has a hydrualic clutch, but the bell housing and clutch fork he has are not. Is that easily moused? I think the clutch fork I have would not work since it is a small block bell housing from the original flat 6 that was in the truck.
