Galen, I took the springs from my 1950 B2-PW126 which were in fair condition, to Uniontown Auto Spring Co. in Pennsylvania 1 (800) 848-1444. This had several advantages. Their book showed the correct size and # of leaves per front and rear. This told us that my springs had been altered and made up at some time in the past. Their specs differred slightly from my manuals, which show an optional heavier spring set-up, but that was OK. It also did not show the rear eye of a front spring from a winch mounted truck turning down as is the case in my manuals. But again, that was OK. Anyway, they had replacement top leaves in stock for the front! They rebuilt (re-arced) the front with the new top leaves, and built the rears from scratch around my top leaves (fun sentence!). They came back with bushings and were blasted and painted. All of this was around $300. I think that's about what you will pay for a pair of springs from VPW, if available for your truck. Anyway, good luck with yours.
