Ah, this topic sucks! Just kidding! The extra set of lines on the fuel pump are to boost woefully anemic vacuum to the wipers. The surmisation on the distributor is correct, but they are necessary to carry off the vapor products of points arcing as well, according to an old Chrysler engineer out here. The ones on the frame rail are as follows; Master cylinder and fuel tank. You might as well hook them back up, as the MC will eventually complain if it is capped. The fuel one is OK capped if you keep the cap fording flipper inside set to "open" In reality, none of the vent lines are under engine vacuum, just an atmospheric pressure source after the air cleaner. The distributor set have little elbows inside the air horn to "prod" a tiny flow. The wiper circuit, obviously, has a different source, namely the intake manifold, top rear. dg.
