You can 't use M37s as is. You only will use the
outside part with the turned down lip as M37 fenders are not wide enough for a PW. You will
have to make the part that bolts to the bed
and the first 4 inches or so and weld that to the
M37 fender that you have cut off the 90 degree
surface which originally bolted to the bed.
I don't know if the bolt patterns are the same
(if so you could use that part and weld a piece
in the middle). I can't check it right now as my
PW bed is at the sandblaster's.
Even if the pattern is not the same, come to think of it, if you can weld that much, changing
bolt pattern holes will be easy.
