1) $150 ea, I ordered 5, very pretty and strong looking.
2) Why not get 38.5/11.00-16 instead of 16.5? The former fit nicely on stock rims! If you do order 16.5s from Stockton Wheel, ask for the same backspacing as the split rims, which is 7.25". Actually, looking at the geometry of the 16.5 rim, the most you're going to get is ~6.5", which is OK. Some baboon in their shop gave me 4.375", which IS stock Dodge - for the 70s and 80s! The guy at the order phone acknowledged that the correct dimension is 7.25" and admitted they had made a communication error. Even with the stock backspacing, the rim will hang out another 1.75". The idea is to have at least the inside of the rim in the same place.
