Does any of you guys ever see one of these?

While looking for used flat head six I discovered that they were once used to power the drum on concrete trucks.
The engine turns the concrete barrel container through a huge chain drive. The engine was a standard 251 with a 3 speed transmission that I have seen before in Dodge pickups.
The interesting package had a two speed transmission inserted between the bell housing and the 3 speed transmission and was labelled with a tag Hi-N-Low. It was a professional job with no adapters. The four bolt hole/ears of the tranny fitted in the same opening od the overdrive and the overdrive fitted perfectly to the bellhousing.
I have no idea of make but the trucks were 1960 models.
Has any of our readers ever seen this arrangement???
It could be the source of very cheap Overdrive .....
