Buy new gauges! The 24v will not work without some mods. I have a 62 m37B1 on 12 volt and changed to SW gauges ...everything works including the fuel (after a universal float from NAPA) All the blackout lights have 12v bulbs
and I even modified the BO drive light to 12v so all the original military lights work. If you do not get iliuminated ones the top two are hard too read at night.
