I had a local metal shop make one from an original in another truck. $50. Only difference is no "hole" in the center, but you never see it when the tire is mounted. I do not have the particulars of the bends but will ask the metal shop if they still have the pattern? If so would you be interested in having them make one up? I have thought about this before. Let me know if any interest.
