The Dodge Pickup History and Restoration Guide lists your paint as Dodge Truck Red. They also provide the Ditzler Codes for all paints.
Unfortunately, not all of the early colors are available in the more durable two-part acrylic enamels. I had to go with a 1953 Ponchartrain Green rather than the 1950 Dodge Truck Dark Green for this reason.
Let me know if you need the Ditzler code for red.
