there were four vehicles built on that chassis
the welder (contact) truck the tow truck (m701) and the telephone maintenece truck they all are on an ambulance (m43) frame, there was also a foam truck for the airforce (R2)built. there is a ton of info in the m37 manuals these trucks are M37s with heavy springs in the rear and they are a foot and a half longer, (thats all) with there specalized beds and gear. if you have specific questions post them I have over sixty original manuals on the M37 M42 M43 M701 R2 and so on
