I bit of spray silicon on the wing window rubber will solve the stickiness problem.
My windows did the same (tilt and fouled on the wing window) when I first installed them. I was able to move/adjust the vertical channels on the front side in a bit closer to the window. That held them a bit snugger and prevented them from tilting forward. Also make sure that the run on the opposite side (the one that fits in the door and curves up and over the top) is fully seated in its channel. It took a bit of trial and error, but I was able to get mine to roll up/down smoothly without tilting/fouling.
