Here is a web page you can find High Bay, Low Bay, Wall Packs and Wall Mounts along with Linear Fluorescent, and what I think will work inside would be the Canopy Fixtures, (like under one of the new gas station canopy, low profile and high lumen output) all in LED or conventional Fluorescent or HID (metal halite, mercury vapor). I would invest in LED 10-15 year life, low energy cost, low heat generating.
Don't forget a light at your passage door, for your parking area and security lights. Put exterior lights on timer and photo sensor or one of the new timers programed to the sun rise sun set for your time zone.
Take your time and research and look at other new warehouses/shops for ideas, wire it for the system and install when you can. put extra switches on so you can turn off fixtures you don't need or don't want on.
