Yes, long time coming, finally a reality. I have electrical work to do next. No plans at this time to put A/C in, but you never know. It does have 6 inches of insulation, walls and ceilings.

Last night was the first night that my PW has been indoors for at least 27 years. It sat exposed in a storage yard for 23 years in Phoenix and I've had it for the last 4. Before that, I'm not positive, but I don't think it wasn't garaged for quite some time before that as well.
