About 7 years ago, when I first bought my 57 W100, I had heard that fuel pumps were nonexistant for the 315s. However, an adapter plate was available which allowed you to run a 318 pump. I bought the adapter, but was running an electric pump and figured I would install the mechanical pump when I rebuilt the engine. Now, fast forward 7 years, and the engine is in the process of being rebuilt and low and behold, I cant find the adapter. I have the box with the 318 pump, and the box is even labled (by me) "318 pump, with adapter for 315". However, the adapter is gone. I thought the adapter came from Hot Heads, but I cant find any mention of it on their site. Can anyone here set me straight or point me in the right direction?
