Obviously this is the first time that a seller on e-bay did not describe an item correctly, so maybe people with $35.000 won't care that they are not getting what they are bidding on.
One example... Truck in picture is a T-207 or a T-211. No T-207 or T-211 had a 230.2 c.i.d. engine.
