The video is pretty bad, but if you watch, you can see that everything is basically grayscale, but the car and the people both turn the same color at the same time. Not sure if somebody manipulated it in software or everyone was just wearing gray clothes and had gray skin and they changed the color of the stage lights, but either way the paint on the car was definitely NOT changing color.
