It looks like a standard 1/2 ton WWII WC with a 2wd cab added. Those are pretty common and aren't worth much in that condition. Hopefully nobody buys it for $40,000 to restore and flip for $180,000 as they'll most likely be disappointed.

To find out what it was ask the seller for the frame number and the wheel base. That'll tell you if it is a T207, T211, or T215. The wheel base will tell you if it's a standard chassis or the ambulance chassis.
