Looks as if all of the lifted weight is put on the right side of the truck. It is shared between the right side bumper bracket and the bracket that goes through the right fender. I see what appears to be a bracket for a foot on the bottom of the right bumper which makes sense as that would transfer the weight to the ground. The pole coming from the left side appears to be a stabilizer and probably did not carry much weight and does not appear to have a foot bracket below the attachment point. The right pole seems to take the compression load while the pole attached to the fender bracket takes a tension load which means the right side frame between the fender bracket and the bumper pole bracket take a lot of punishment. I would not be surprised if there is a frame stiffener between those points to take some of the torque that is generated there.
