They make some nice slip in Trailer Jacks that you only need a small receiver box to put them into. Then you can put the load on them when lifting heavy weights. You could fabricate them into the pipe pivot mounts on the bumper and not weld them into the trucks frame. They have cranks on them to make them solid.
