Boy that is the thinnest frame I have ever seen? Are you going to replace large sections of it or fish plates. I feel so bad that the trucks I see around here never have that kind of problems. I guess I am spoiled cause I would have found a different frame to work with. I am sure you will be able to repair it but that is going to be some real work and time.
