That is the knob you pull out to engage the power take-off. I had the same one installed in my WC-12 when I bought it in 1987. The Jackwagon Farmer had cut the frame rails just behind the cab and added a 4 to 5 foot section on each side of the frame to lengthen it. It had been used to haul a water tank to irrigate his fields walnut orchards. The Harsh knob was right where the cig. lighter is in this truck. If I only knew then what I know now about the old WC-12 would probably still be in that canyon to this day, but that is another story.
