Thermal dynamics makes the Cut Master 42 which is rated 3/8 or so I think. That is $800 or less. These have a 4 year warranty which transfers so you can buy used with a little more comfort. Call TD with the serial number to confirm.
Or some of the sheet ones have built in compressors, the model is something like the 15C if I recall.
