I don't know of anyone reproducing the cab floor or the cab mount area. If you have someone cut and repair, that can get expensive. If the area is not too far gone, then a simple fix is to tack weld 1/4 x 4 x8 steel plate under the cab mount area. This provides excellent support because the door jam "G's" are on the plate area when the truck takes a dives in low areas on the road and stops the cab mount area from flexing giving the truck a solid feel. Even if the cab is in good shape, I would recommend it be done.
