I haven't bent any EMT in well over 30 years, but my 1/2, 3/4, and 1" benders are still hanging in my garage. I can't even remember how much shrink back you get on those 1" back to back bends.
Here is a little bit of trivia for you Mark.
EMT first came out in 1929. How do I know that?
I have a small booklet written and autographed by Ben Benfield re the bending and installation of EMT. that I picked up at a flea market in Daytona, Florida for 1$ several years ago.
And for the rest of the crowd, EMT = Electrical Metallic Tubing. (No threads as with the thick heavy rigid conduit.)
