I looked into pre bent 45s and for 1" emt they want 4.00 each but I need them bent at 75 degrees to fit the top angle of the rack but 6 inches away further out the side and level with the top of it. Strap steel would be easy to bend the sweep I need and give a nice flat surface for the canvas. The gusset would just be a section of flat steel cut to fit and welded in under the bend.
