Measured the Bows up and the bed needs a 15 degree bend at the strap steel and 75 degrees at the top which added up to 90 degrees so that figured out right. Kept thinking about the 75 degree bend being sharp and wearing on the canvas. Came up with the idea of making the bend sweep with 2" wide strap steel and welding 1 1/4" box steel under it then adding a gusset for strength. I could then bolt the length ways strap steel to them to keep them even and support the canvas better. Done deal now and I have enough information to get the steel and after the canvas gets here adjust it to fit perfect so the clearance lights are not covered on the sides. Since the canvas is only $90.00 I probley will order another one and put it away and have a spare that fits right with out a custom one being made later.
