You got that right! That is what they fixed on a lot of guys in Nam with a few simple shots! Lakewood was a bad town to walk around in at night even in the early 70s!! There was a little town even closer to the Fort I can't remember the name it was just bars and massage parlors. That was the side of I-5 I did not go to or hang out in. I partied out the East Gate Side of Ft. Lewis.
