For use behind the Hummers...Torsion axle and high ground clearance, sturdier than the previous model. Buddy of mine picked one up at the local GL auction a year or so ago with the bows, canvas, and brand new tires for $1100. I don't think it had ever been actually put in service.
He got a lot of 3 of the previous generation all in very good condition for $400.
$3000 is steep, maybe $2500 TOPS with the bows and canvas.
