My 6X6 is a lot quieter then my 48 PW was. I did not use much foam just liquid nails adhesive and the fiber board sheets cut to fit between the raised ribs. I used the foam to stop mice getting up the columns and to help some with the curve part on the outside edges. You can remove the liquid nails with a flat wood chisel off the metal and I just formed a "S" pattern to hold it in place. I would not use spray foam for insulation it would be a mess to try to do it as it drips till it sets up!
